Residential Services
Broadstep - Illinois offers services in residential programming for both children and adults, male and female. We are a behavioral healthcare program with ten licensed and accredited group homes. Our CILA certified adult group homes are licensed for eight consumers. Children and adolescent group homes are licensed for nine consumers. Each group home has a 12-person passenger van for accessing the community.
The consumers in the residential programs are served in a professional and caring manner wherein we provide hope, safety, trust, and opportunities for each person. Through respect for each consumer we strive to provide a premier life experience to each person as they pursue life goals, dreams, and aspirations.
The programming provided encourages the development and implementation of a person-centered individual service plan (ISP) specializing in the areas of:
- Behavior Consultation Services
- Case Management / Care Coordination
- Supportive Therapy
- Medical Coordination
- Medication Management
- Life Skills Training
- Pre-Vocational Training
- Personal Hygiene and Grooming
- Socialization Skills
- Money Management
- Community and Neighborhood Resources
- Recreational and Leisure Activities
All clinical services are provided by trained professionals, as part of the community support team (CST), to assist the consumer in working towards his or her goals.
